Victorian terrace retrofit, hackney
Full retrofit and refurbishment of a Victorian terraced three-bedroom house in Hackney.
Focused on a modern material palette, the interiors are defined by a subtle combination of smooth concrete and beautifully crafted American grey elm.
The project saw the addition of much needed outdoor space, levelled with the kitchen at the rear to create a seamless connection wit the indoors.
